Managing DirectorCaroline spent fifteen years working as a personal assistant to some of Europe’s highest net worth families, traveling between their homes globally. With this experience and embracing a clear understanding of the needs of UHNW individuals she was able to found her own successful business in 2008.

Acland Geddes
Project ManagerDirector
After graduating with a first in Philosophy at Edinburgh, Acland opened two restaurants on Chelsea’s Kings Road. Having fallen in love with the building process, Acland turned his hand to Project Managing for exclusive residential builds. With 8+ years specialising in super prime builds for HNW clients in Belgravia & Chelsea, Acland uses his experience to ensure the Client’s expectations are not only met but exceeded.

James Kelly
Board AdvisorJames Kelly provides Caroline Baker Family Office with commercial and strategic advice, bringing a wealth of expertise. Prior to consultancy work, he worked as Director of Science Limited, which managed the affairs and business activities of contemporary artist Damien Hirst. Previously, he spent more than 20 years as a partner at the international Chartered Accountants, Rawlinson & Hunter, where his clients included a number of art world entities, entrepreneurs and high net worth clients.

Emily Webb Doskow
Los Angeles OfficeEmily opened our Los Angeles-based sister company, Webb & Baker, in 2019, after serving twelve years as Director of Operations at two extraordinary single family offices. She is thrilled to partner with CB in offering best in class residential operations and lifestyle services to her California clients.

Lucas Kaempfer
Property/Project ManagerLucas graduated with a masters in Economics and Business from the University of Edinburgh. Having started his career in finance, Lucas moved into property management and sales originally in Asia before coming back to London to focus on super prime residential and commercial project and property management, specialising in HNW and family office projects requiring market leading results. Lucas enjoys using his initiative to ensure client satisfaction is always met, with a personal touch.

Simona Marcinkeviciute
Front of HouseSimona joined Caroline Baker Family Office from Savills in January 2019, bringing with her experience in delivering luxury customer services from several Mayfair restaurants and one high end residential building. She also has a diploma in Yoga, of which she finds the discipline helps greatly in her everyday tasks, and is a qualified Yoga instructor.

Lola Watt
Client ManagerLola graduated from Oxford Media and Business School in 2018, receiving a PA Diploma with Distinction Honours. Since then, Lola worked in a prestigious high profile British family office supporting UHNWIs, before moving to Caroline Baker Family Office at the start of 2021. Lola now manages a portfolio of properties and is enjoying building strong relationships with her clients.

Oana Grigorescu
Front of House at Cleveland CourtPrior to working at Caroline Baker, Oana has gained invaluable experience over the past seven years working in the world’s most prestigious and leading hotels. Oana brings with her excellent customer service and a passion towards providing the best possible experience for the residents.

Colin Lang
Security ManagerPrior to joining us as our Security Manager, Colin had an impressive career as both a Corporal in the British Army, and as a security operative for the United Nations. He also spent time in Belize, overseeing operations at a crocodile sanctuary, which he developed with his father. He has completed a close protection course, as well as being a trained arrest and restraint instructor. He also has a green belt in karate.

Alan Silevicius
Security OfficeAlan comes from an army background and has subsequently worked in the security industry for over 20 years. Alan has gained experience in a wide range of sectors, ranging from high-end retail to providing high level security assistance to HNWIs in London. Alongside his security career, Alan is a Level 3 personal trainer which has become a passion of his.


Taquir Haq
Security OfficerTaquir is an exceptionally experienced Close Protection Officer who has a vast skillset in Private Security settings. Before joining the Caroline Baker Security team, Taquir has worked as a CPO and RST in some of London’s most prestigious postcodes, including homes to overseas political figures, and an ultra HNWI and his family when they’re in residence.

Paul Irving
Client ManagerPaul joined Caroline Baker as a Client Manager in 2022. With over a decade of experience in UHNW households both in London and abroad, he brings considerable property knowledge to the company. He comes to us from No. 1 Grosvenor Square and Lodha UK, with previous roles working for UHNW individuals in residences in St James’s and Kensington Palace Gardens. He looks forward to adding his expertise to help manage all aspects of his clients’ properties.

Lucy Stafford Allen
Director of BusinessLucy has been working with Caroline Baker since 2010 and is the team’s most experienced Client Manager. She has built close relationships with the best contractors and suppliers in the business. With this little black book and an unrivalled knowledge of London, there is not a problem that Lucy cannot solve.

Sarah Lamaison
Director of OperationsAfter graduating from Kings College London University with a degree in English Language and Communication, Sarah began working with the Cadogan Concierge Team at Cadogan Estates, delivering lifestyle requests and events. She joined the team at Caroline Baker in 2017 and has been invaluable to streamlining her clients’ lives in London.

Nazli Arad
New York OfficeNazli partnered with Caroline in 2017 and founded our New York based sister company: Arad & Baker. Since then her client base has grown exponentially and the team enjoy working with Nazli to support their clients’ requirements across the pond or advise on any USA based projects.

Camilla Fellowes
Client/Property ManageAfter graduating from Edinburgh with a degree in Modern Languages (French & Spanish), Camilla worked for Candy & Candy as the Property Manager for five years, managing their high-end luxury residential units both within One Hyde Park as well as their collection of mansion houses in Central London. From there, Camilla became a Project Manager for Caudwell, again working on their high-end portfolio, namely the prestigious Audley Square House. Camilla has now amalgamated her passion for both Property & Project Management working with the team at Caroline Baker.

Stephanie Pountney
Client ManagerStephanie joined Caroline Baker as a Client Manager in 2021. With over 30 years’ experience, she has provided high level support and assistance to families and individuals to improve efficiency in their households across a range of sectors to ensure their lives are run to their exacting and high standards. She offers a wealth of skills and experience to her clients and a black book of personally chosen contacts to provide the best service possible.

Tania Enache
Client Relations ManagerTania has brought with her a wealth of experience from renowned hotels such as The Savoy and the Mandarin Oriental, both London. She implements regular training sessions for our team of housekeepers and works closely with the Client Managers; personally, overseeing the standard of housekeeping throughout each property.

Glenda Nelson
Arad & Baker – Estate ManagerPrior to joining Arad & Baker in 2020, Glenda worked as an Estate Manager for an UHNW family in the Metro DC Area for 23 years. She’s worked with an impressive portfolio of professional athletes and her background in top level property management has uniquely prepared her for a career path in high end Estate Management. Glenda has earned a Master of Arts in Communication from Johns Hopkins University.

Katie Norris
Client ManagerAfter graduating from Oxford Brookes with a degree in Real Estate Management, Katie managed high-end, luxury chalets located in Val d’Isère, France for three years. Katie relocated to work in Inverness-shire at an exclusive Highland Estate, managing the requests of high profile clients, before joining the team at Caroline Baker Family Office.

Georgia Barber
Client ManagerGeorgia graduated from Quest Professional in 2020 with a business diploma where she gained valuable business and secretarial skills. Georgia looks forward to building her growing portfolio of clients, working with them both personally and managing all aspects of their properties.



Johnny Cermann
HandymanJohnny found his passion to help others through his abilities to fix, customise and build items around the home from a young age. As he grew more experienced, Johnny has covered most aspects of property maintenance both residentially and commercially. Prior to joining Caroline Baker Family Office, Johnny has worked for private clients on various build and refurbishment projects in prime central London.

Bianca De Zilva
Client ManagerOriginally from Australia, Bianca moved to London seven years ago and has gained an abundance of experience, working in numerous prestigious properties around London, for UHNW clients as House Manager and Personal Assistant. Bianca has worked as a stylist whilst also being creative director for her own bespoke wearable art label. Bianca looks forward to growing her client portfolio at Caroline Baker.



Susan Thain
Finance DirectorAs Head of our Financial department, Susan is our expert, qualified accountant with over 25 years’ experience. Susan has worked in various different industries including publishing, design and communication and most recently in events. Away from the office Susan’s enjoys travelling, a bit of yoga and watching her boys playing rugby.

Sarah Martin
Personal AssistantSarah has over 20 years’ experience working with UHNW individuals in a personal and business capacity. She began her career in investment banking, supporting various Goldman Sachs partners, ultimately as part of the firm’s executive office, and now enjoys assisting a diverse portfolio of Caroline Baker clients. With a passion for polo and eventing, Sarah also serves as our consultant for all things equestrian

Carla Songhurst
FinanceCarla is our bookkeeper who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and loves to travel. She has lived in London for over 10 years now and has previously been keeping the accounts for international fashion brands and property investment companies before joining the team at Caroline Baker Family Office.

Alicia Fisher
Office Manager/ Personal AssistantAlicia graduated from Oxford Media and Business School in July 2020 receiving a Distinction Honours in a Professional Business Diploma, gaining advanced PA and administrative skills. Originally from Harrogate, Alicia moved to London to join an independent property company where she developed a passion for property and client management. As well as looking after a portfolio of clients, Alicia manages the daily running of the CB Office.

Nathalie Serfaty
Paris OfficeNathalie began from a media background with over 15 years of experience in TV and film production. She is now instrumental in Paris, managing a portfolio of stunning Parisian properties and supports some of the most-high net worth families and individuals in the world. She also speaks English, Spanish or Italian and holds a Master degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Information and Communication.

Hayate Seghrouchni
Residence ManagerHayate joined Caroline Baker in 2016 having spent almost 5 years at The Dorchester, London. She is now our Residence Manager, overseeing the operations at some of London’s most sought-after developments. Hayate’s presence ensures that the residents have peace of mind when they are out of town as they trust her implicitly.


Carlos Moreira
HandymanCarlos is our handyman and driver, who the team are indebted to for his speedy response times. He is able to help with everything from painting and decorating to looking after our fleet of Minis. Carlos has previously worked for Transport For London as a bus driver so he knows exactly how to keep the team running.

Blo Deady
Chef in ResidenceUsing only the very best, seasonal produce – Blo believes that understated simplicity is the most elegant food of all. Nothing fussy or showy but the very best quality produce, prepared sympathetically and with great care.
Blo learnt his trade at Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, moving on to work for Rowley Leigh of Kensington Place, and then Sally Clarke where he spent ten years. He now cooks solely for private clients both in the UK and globally.

Rosie Ackred
Cotswold OfficeRosie worked in advertising in Soho for over 15 years. She executed a number of roles from PA to New Business Manager with some of the best advertising agencies in the world. Through these roles she worked with, and for, some of Europe’s leading advertising executives, managing both client interactions and their personal needs. After leaving London and moving to the Cotswolds, she decided to put these skills and expertise to good use by managing properties for high net worth individuals. She is now excited to partner up with Caroline Baker to develop the Cotswolds offering further.

Lara Port
HR and Recruitment ManagerLara has a passion for caring about people’s welfare and that, coupled with her experience of working within the high-end property market arena makes her the ideal person to have as Caroline Baker’s HR Manager. Lara ensures that all of our members of staff are fully compliant with up-to-date employment law and she takes time to listen to each individual person to help them fully embrace and enjoy their working environment. Prior to joining Caroline Baker, Lara previously built out the HR department of a fintech firm and is excited to bring her fresh and innovative ideas to the company.
