As seasoned project managers in the super-prime sector, we are able to perform various pivotal roles in projects, acting as Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Client Representatives, Property Surveyors, and Pre-Purchase Advisors as needed. With decades of experience in super-prime projects, we have an unyielding passion for delivering excellence. Our current projects range from £1.5 million to £12 million, with completed successes surpassing these figures.

Our extensive network, headquartered in London, spans from Paris and the South of France to New York, Los Angeles and other U.S. locations, as well as the Caribbean. Whether we oversee these projects directly or facilitate connections within our network, we’re dedicated to meeting our clients’ needs.

Many of the properties we work on are listed buildings of historic significance, and we are well-versed in the intricate processes required to secure the necessary permissions for commencing work, including Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent, Licenses to Alter, and other statutory requirements. We excel at managing this process efficiently while tailoring our services and appointments to align with the client’s budget and timeline.
