Caroline Baker

Caroline founded the company in 2007, having spent her career until that point working for some of the world’s wealthiest families. With that experience and a clear understanding of the unique needs of UHNW clients, she developed the company into what it has become today, building client-led services through her integrity, ambition, hard work and kindness. In her spare time, Caroline is an accomplished pianist and an avid patron of the arts; dividing her time between London and the Cotswolds with her daughter Tatiana.

Lucas Kaempfer

Lucas joined The Caroline Baker Private Office in 2021. He started his career in Finance, having graduated with a Masters in Economics and Business from the University of Edinburgh. In 2012, he moved into Property Management and Construction, originally in Asia, before coming back to London to focus on super prime residential and commercial project and property management, specialising in UHNW and family office projects requiring market-leading results. He enjoys various sports and travelling.

Lucy Stafford Allen

Lucy has been an integral part of The Caroline Baker Private Office since 2009. She was the first full time employee of the company, rising to Managing Director with her experience and passion in overseeing client relationships, properties, and teams. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys running, pilates and going for long walks with her family and their dog, Pandora.

Alyssa Phelps

Having graduated from Loughborough University with a First-Class degree in Architectural Engineering, Alyssa began her career in property working for a Main Contractor within the super prime residential sector. Having gained experience on a variety of projects, ranging from £5m to £20m, she transitioned to a “client-side” role in 2022, utilising her site-based skillset to assist in the successful management of projects for private clients directly. Alyssa joined The Caroline Baker Private Office in 2024, bringing with her a developed knowledge of high value construction projects, and a passion and understanding of the luxury property market.

Elizabeth Eveleigh

Elizabeth has 10 years’ experience working with UHNW clients within property management and luxury customer service roles, successfully managing residential properties valued at up to £35 million. With qualifications from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Executive PA School, Elizabeth brings a wealth of knowledge, joining the The Caroline Baker Private Office team in 2024.

Catherine O’Brien

Catherine joined The Caroline Baker Private Office team in 2023, after spending over 20 years working as the Events Director at M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment working with high profile clients and in charge of executing live experiences globally. This was followed by three years working in the Film industry. She comes with a breadth of experience in logistical planning and operations and working in a fast-paced environment. Outside of work, she likes socialising with friends, adventure travel and is a keen skier.

Colin Chung

Colin joined The Caroline Baker Private Office in 2024.  He has worked in real estate finance for over 15 years.  He was previously Finance Director of a commercial real estate investment and development firm, which provided investment funds and single investment mandates to UHNW investors. Prior to that, Colin worked in real estate lending for banks and insurance companies.

Nazli
Arad

Nazli partnered with Caroline in 2017 and founded our New York based sister company: Arad & Baker. Since then her client base has grown exponentially and the team enjoy working with Nazli to support their clients’ requirements across the pond or advise on any USA based projects.

Emily Webb Doskow

Emily opened our Los Angeles-based sister company, Webb & Baker, in 2019, after serving twelve years as Director of Operations at two extraordinary single family offices. She is thrilled to partner with CB in offering best in class residential operations and lifestyle services to her California clients.

Georgia Barber

Georgia joined The Caroline Baker Private Office team in 2020, after graduating from Quest Professional, receiving a Business Diploma with Distinction Honours. Georgia has been working with her clients both personally, whilst also looking after all aspects of their properties, including estates outside of London. Away from work, Georgia enjoys spending time in Sussex where she grew up, walks in the countryside and cooking for family and friends.

Tania Enache

Tania has brought with her a wealth of experience from renowned hotels such as The Savoy and the Mandarin Oriental, both in London. She implements regular training sessions for our team of housekeepers and works closely with the Client Managers; personally, overseeing the standard of housekeeping throughout each property.

Ellie Thomas

Ellie graduated from the University of the West of England in 2018, receiving a 2:1 in Business and Management. She has spent the last 4 years managing Private Homes in London for UHNWIs, working at London Land before moving to The Caroline Baker Private Office at the start of 2023.

Kiran
Rawal

Kiran found his passion for property management early on and decided to pursue a career in Facilities Management. He has over 14 years’ experience, in both commercial and residential settings and has worked for companies like Dorrington Properties, Associated Press, Labtech Investment and the world’s most coveted development here in UK, Chelsea Barracks. He thrives on a challenge and is passionate about providing service without compromising safety and security. In his spare time, he loves travelling and spending time with his family.

Katie
Norris

After graduating from Oxford Brookes with a degree in Real Estate Management, Katie managed high-end, luxury chalets located in Val d’Isère, France for three years. Katie relocated to work in Inverness-shire at an exclusive Highland Estate, managing the requests of high profile clients, before joining the team at Caroline Baker Family Office.

Sophie Lawton

Sophie joined The Caroline Baker Private Office in April 2026 as HR Manager. She holds a degree in French and Italian from the University of Manchester and is a CIPD member and ICF‑accredited Executive Coach. She brings experience across employee relations, people operations, and organisational change. Outside of work, she enjoys getting out to Richmond Park and spending time by the Thames with her family.

David Powell

David has over 18 years’ experience in operations, projects and administration working for UHNW globally, managing property portfolios worth in excess of £500m. A true problem solver, he thrives on challenges and making things happen, a welcome addition to the Caroline Baker Private Office team.

Shristi Chand

Shristi joined our team as a Client Relationship Manager in 2024. Having graduated with a civil engineering degree, Shristi brings extensive experience in consulting and M&E services. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring global cuisines, embarking on adventures, and traveling the world.

Jemima Lodge

Jemima joined Caroline Baker Private Office in September 2025, having recently graduated from the University of Exeter with a degree in Liberal Arts. She previously completed an internship with The Caroline Baker Private Office, which enabled her to transition smoothly into her full-time role as a Client Manager a few months later. Outside of work, Jemima enjoys horse riding, cooking, travelling, and spending time with her friends and family in the countryside.

Poppy Bedford

Poppy joined Caroline Baker Private Office as a Project Manager in March 2026. As a key member of the Project Management team, she brings a strong foundation in the delivery of complex residential projects, having started her career with one of the most prestigious main contractors in London’s ultra-prime property sector.

Poppy has particular expertise in high-specification and technology-led properties, combining meticulous project coordination with a deep understanding of client expectations and exceptional standards of delivery. Her professional development within quantity surveying has provided a strong commercial perspective, enabling her to support clients with budget management, cost analysis and informed decision-making throughout the lifecycle of a project.

When she is not focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients, Poppy enjoys spending time with her family, swimming and perfecting the art of sourdough baking.

Carla Songhurst

Carla is our bookkeeper who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and loves to travel. She has lived in London for over 10 years now and has previously been keeping the accounts for international fashion brands and property investment companies before joining the team at The Caroline Baker Private Office.

Nico Reid Scott

Nico studied Real Estate at Oxford Brooks and has previously worked for an UHNW client in acquisitions for a private residential development in the heart of Mayfair. Nico is a passionate Irishman, returning home often.  He loves all sports and is an avid fisherman in his spare time.

Molly
Grafftey-Smith

Molly joined the The Caroline Baker Private Office team in 2024. She gained a BSc Degree in Biomedical Science at Oxford Brooks University and subsequently worked at the John Radcliffe Hospital. Her previous experience has helped her develop her role in our Operations team. Outside of work, Molly likes to socialise with her friends, and also enjoys spending time with her family in the countryside.

Stephanie Pountney

Stephanie became part of the Caroline Baker network as a Client Manager in 2021. With over 30 years’ experience, she has provided high level support and assistance to families and individuals to improve efficiency in their households across a range of sectors to ensure their lives are run to their exacting and high standards. She offers a wealth of skills and experience to her clients and a black book of personally chosen contacts to provide the best service possible.

Polly Haggas

Polly has extensive experience managing prime residential properties for Ultra High Net Worth clients across London. Before joining The Caroline Baker Private Office, she worked with a leading project management firm, overseeing complex refurbishments, new-build developments, and the restoration of listed properties with construction budgets exceeding £40 million. With a background in Art History from the University of Manchester and training in Interior Design from KLC School of Design, Polly combines a keen eye for detail with a practical understanding of construction and client service. Her calm, organised approach and passion for property make her an invaluable member of the team, and outside of work she enjoys spending time in the countryside, travelling, and exploring art and interiors.

Marisa Fernandes

Marisa Fernandes joined Caroline Baker in October 2023 as Housekeeper and was promoted to Assistant Head Housekeeper in November 2025. She brings more than ten years of experience in luxury hospitality and housekeeping, having held supervisory roles at Claridge’s, Brown’s Hotel, London Hilton on Park Lane and Pestana Chelsea Bridge Hotel. Marisa has extensive experience in housekeeping operations, team leadership and maintaining exceptional service standards, and completed her LQA training while at Brown’s Hotel. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures and spending time with family and friends.

Milly
Street

Milly joined us in April 2026 after having graduated from Newcastle University in 2022 with a degree in Contemporary and Popular Music, Milly has developed great experience in client-facing roles through working in both real estate and fashion PR. She is dedicated to building lasting, trustworthy relationships with her clients, combining professionalism with a personable approach. As a creative and well-rounded individual, Milly has a passion for fitness and travel and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.

Eva
Kamali

Eva brings nearly 10 years of experience from working in a family office, where she developed strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and strategic financial oversight. Eva’s experience will help drive positive results and add long-term value to the business. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, running, spending time with family and friends, which helps her maintain balance and stay energised both personally and professionally.

Harry Hammond

Harry joined The Caroline Baker Private Office in 2025, bringing with him extensive experience in the management of private residences and country estates for UHNW families. His particular area of expertise lies in the management of country estates, where he has developed a strong understanding of estate operations, land and property maintenance, household management, and the coordination of complex projects. Harry combines a practical, hands-on approach with a commitment to delivering a seamless and discreet service tailored to the needs of each client.

Sarah Martin

Sarah has over 20 years’ experience working with UHNW individuals in a personal and business capacity. She began her career in investment banking, supporting various Goldman Sachs partners, ultimately as part of the firm’s executive office, and now enjoys assisting a diverse portfolio of The Caroline Baker Private Office clients. With a passion for polo and eventing, Sarah also serves as our consultant for all things equestrian

Lara
Batten

Lara joined The Caroline Baker Private Office in 2024 having graduated from Newcastle University with a 2:1 in Geography. Closely supporting the Client Manager team, Lara has developed her skillset, and enjoys offering support and assistance to her clients. Outside of work, she finds joy in watching sport and spending time with her friends.

Edwuin Roman

Edwuin joined the CB team in 2025 as our Handyman. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Solar and Green Energy and brings over six years of experience in the maintenance of residential buildings and apartment complexes. Before relocating to the UK, Edwuin served in the Spanish Army, where he developed strong discipline and leadership skills. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling and discovering new places across the UK.

Hugo Delamere

Hugo joined Caroline Baker Private Office in April 2026 as a Handyman. He brings hands-on experience from private estates in Ireland and Hertfordshire, where he successfully oversaw and delivered maintenance across interiors and grounds, including agricultural works.  In his spare time Hugo loves walking his dogs and cooking for family and friends.

Claudio Di Mauro

An international tennis umpire for the last 35 years, Claudio adheres to the rules of engagement, sportsmanship, and honour. He always brings an honest diligent integrity to his work and takes care to assess every detail when preparing to engage our clients on multiple levels. He has been an integral part of The Caroline Baker Private Office team for the last 2 years and has consistently performed to the highest standards of delivery.

Ashley Gajadhar

Ashley joined Caroline Baker in July 2026 as Accounts Payable Specialist. He brings extensive experience in finance operations from roles across the hospitality, entertainment, and facilities sectors, following an earlier career in engineering and project management. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of the West Indies and is a certified Project Management Professional. Outside work, he enjoys exploring London’s food scene and spending time with family and friends.

Constance Hatcher

Constance joined Caroline Baker in August 2026 as a Client Manager. She brings six years of experience supporting UHNW households, luxury estates and working within the superyacht industry. Constance holds an Executive PA Diploma and professional MCA qualifications. Away from the office, she enjoys travelling, skiing, spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
