Emily opened our Los Angeles-based sister company, Webb & Baker, in 2019, after serving twelve years as Director of Operations at two extraordinary single family offices. She is thrilled to partner with CB in offering best in class residential operations and lifestyle services to her California clients.

Blerina studied AAT in Greenwich College, having graduated in Accounting & Finance from Greenwich University. She works closely alongside the Client Managers at Caroline Baker to ensure that their clients' accounts run smoothly as well as overseeing the financial requirements for various Caroline Baker Property projects.

Carla is our bookkeeper who hails from Cape Town, South Africa and loves to travel. She has lived in London for over 10 years now and has previously been keeping the accounts for international fashion brands and property investment companies before joining the team at Caroline Baker Family Office.

Joseph  Gleeson

Joseph Gleeson Having studied politics at Aberystwyth University, Joseph gained experience as a concierge at The Goring before working on the 2017 UK General Election. Since 2017, Joseph has been expertly managing a diverse portfolio of clients. He is a keen ultramarathon runner, raising money for men’s mental health charities.

After graduating from Kings College London University with a degree in English Language and Communication, Sarah began working with the Cadogan Concierge Team at Cadogan Estates, delivering lifestyle requests and events. She joined the team at Caroline Baker in 2017 and has been invaluable to streamlining her clients’ lives in London.

Emma has over 20 years PA experience working for HNW individuals on a personal and business level, having previously worked for Goldman Sachs London. Emma joined the Caroline Baker team in 2016 and now looks after a diverse portfolio of Caroline Baker clients.

Tash graduated from Oxford Brookes in 2017 with a 2:1 in Anthropology before gaining business and PA skills at Quest Professional. She went on to work as a PA for a UHNW family before joining Caroline Baker Family Office in 2018 to look after a portfolio of clients and their properties.

Sophie joined the Caroline Baker Family Office in 2017 after graduating from Oxford Media and Business School (OMBS) with a Diploma in Secretarial Skills. Over the last two years she has built up good relationships with a variety of clients and has a particular interest in those reallocating to London.

Emily graduated from the University of Leeds with a 2:1 in History of Art. After working as a personal assistant for a private GP in Chelsea, Emily joined the Caroline Baker Family Office in 2019 as our Office Manager, and oversees the day-to-day running of the office, as well as providing crucial support to our Client Managers.

Tania  Enache

Tania has brought with her a wealth of experience from renowned hotels such as The Savoy and the Mandarin Oriental, both London. She implements regular training sessions for our team of housekeepers and works closely with the Client Managers; personally, overseeing the standard of housekeeping throughout each property.

Carlos Moreira

Carlos is our handyman and driver, who the team are indebted to for his speedy response times. He is able to help with everything from painting and decorating to looking after our fleet of Minis. Carlos has previously worked for Transport For London as a bus driver so he knows exactly how to keep the team running.

Hayate joined Caroline Baker in 2016 having spent almost 5 years at The Dorchester, London. She is now our Residence Manager, overseeing the operations at some of London’s most sought-after developments. Hayate’s presence ensures that the residents have peace of mind when they are out of town as they trust her implicitly.

Charlotte  Salen

Charlotte gained a degree in Luxury Hospitality at IAE in Nice before gaining experience at the infamous George V, Paris and Hotel 41, London. We are lucky to have her as Front of House at one of London’s most prestigious addresses, facilitating client requests and managing contractors with the utmost discretion.

Simona  Marcinkeviciute

Simona joined Caroline Baker Family Office from Savills in January 2019, bringing with her experience in delivering luxury customer services from several Mayfair restaurants and one high end residential building. She also has a diploma in Yoga, of which she finds the discipline helps greatly in her everyday tasks, and is a qualified Yoga instructor.

Colin Lang

Prior to joining us as our Security Manager, Colin had an impressive career as both a Corporal in the British Army, and as a security operative for the United Nations. He also spent time in Belize, overseeing operations at a crocodile sanctuary, which he developed with his father. He has completed a close protection course, as well as being a trained arrest and restraint instructor. He also has a green belt in karate.

Martin Simmonds

Before joining the security team, Martin spent 14 years in the British Army, travelling extensively. He then became a Community Safety Officer, so he is adept at dealing with anti-social behaviour and dangerous individuals. He is a fully qualified SIA holder, bringing crucial skills such as intelligence gathering and first aid to his role here at Caroline Baker.

Mikey Watson

Mikey joined Caroline Baker after serving 9 years as a UK qualified Commando Engineer. He has undertaken numerous specialist training courses, and worked alongside 3 Commando Brigade, part of The Royal Marines. He has been trained in Arctic and Desert Warfare, and he has been deployed in a wide range of places, including the Middle East and Africa.
