Our site teams have a passion for detail and as part of the build process we carry out quality control of the on-site works and installations to ensure the highest level of finish at handover.
We carry out planning appraisals for residential schemes in order to optimise the feasibility and obtain the best value for our clients. Our service includes close liaison with all the stakeholders and the local authority on planning, building regulations, party wall and neighbourly matters.
We engage with our consultants as early as possible in order to de-risk the planning stage and to move smoothly in to the implementation stage. We have built strong relationships with planners and building control which facilitates the process of obtaining permissions.
We immerse ourselves in understanding our clients’ requirements before assisting in the formation of the client brief. The next stage is to develop our consultant teams best suited to the project with the administration of the appointment documents and warranties.
The brief is then translated into the detailed design and tender information, with consultancy on the specification and finishes in line with the client’s expectations.
We manage and coordinate the contractor design portion within design and build contracts to ensure the quality of the design process, through technical detailing, the production of operation and maintenance manuals
