Lettuce start 2018 the right way!

Goodbye 2017! At Caroline Baker Ltd. we are ushering in a new era this month: Looking after ourselves from the inside out. This means putting down that extra glass of red wine and making heathy lifestyle choices about what we eat, where it comes from and how much we consume.

The Butcher’s Daughter, with branches in New York and Los Angeles, has been our inspiration for 2018. Serving up satisfying smoothies and delicious raw pasta dishes alongside the obligatory kale salad. Heather Tierney’s restaurants have blown us away with their creative menus and started us on the right track.

Veganism is certainly not a bandwagon to be leapt on lightly, however plant-based trends are currently in the spotlight and today’s city dwellers will find that conscientious eating is as easy as gluten-free-pie!
